HEAT TREATMENT : Uniform heat treatment in clips are achievd by Aus- Tempering / SQF Technologies.

PLATING : Plating is done in an Automatic Plant and products are subjected to Hydrogen Embrittled.

MAGNI / GEOMET COATING : This is a high poerformance, chrome-free, thin film coatings given on the product. SST500 hrs, can be done with this process as per customer requirement. This process permanently arrests Hydrogen De-Embrittlement problem.

CASTING : Fully Automatic Casting Facility. We ensure very sringent grammage and clip-gap tolerances. And hence we have robust process capabilities in our product
